So here’s a little list of things you could do all while enjoying a glass of your favourite wine in the comfort of your own home.

5 – Cook something delicious

What better way to enjoy a glass of wine than while cooking your favourite meal? The emotional benefits of cooking are countless; many wellbeing programs around the world help people with mood disorders and other issues get into the kitchen as part of their treatment, a practice known as "therapeutic cooking." You may not be able to cook for friends and family (yet) but it will give you a chance to experiment in the kitchen and create recipes that you will want to share with loved ones as soon as the social distancing period is over.

6 – Happy hour

Happy hour may not be happening at your local pub anymore, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have your own happy hour at home!
