“Blended of 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 2% Petit Verdot, the 2009 Sideways Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot gives a deep garnet colour and expressive notes of mulberries, cassis and cigar boxes with hints of bay leaf and black olives. Medium to full-bodied with medium-firm grainy tannins and lively acid, it has good concentration and a long finish. Drinking now, it should keep to 2015+.”
