2009 Gold Turtle 'Flint Rock' Chardonnay Reviews

This wine was naturally fermented on full solids, 25% in barrels. It has subtle citrus and stone fruit aromas with a whiff of wet pebbles. Crisp, clean and tight-knit on the palate, this medium bodied Chardonnay gives a long finish.

Bright yellow-green; a seriously fragrant bouquet leads into a joyously vibrant and lively palate with white peach and grapefruit at its core; six clones from the single Mt Barrow Vineyard were fermented with high solids juice in barrel and stainless steel, then aged for nine months on lees. A great success.
