“MadFish may be the second label of Howard Park, but there is absolutely nothing second-rate about wines like this very impressive Margaret River cabernet. With blackcurrant, brambly dark berry and dried herb characters, and a dash of French oak maturation for good measure, this comes together beautifully. It is fleshy, supple and medium bodied and has that indefinable quality that means one glass is simply not enough. A really lovely wine for the price. ”

“I've lost count of all the number of Cabernets in Howard Park's armoury these days. but I like them all. Here's an accurate Margaret River style at the right price, and it has the structure and confidence to age reliably for the medium-term.”
