“Light yellow. Zesty, mineral-accented lime and green apple on the nose. An exotic Dijon mustard quality adds spice to the fresh orchard and citrus flavors, which are round and silky. Softer than most Western Australia rieslings, but with characteristic finishing energy. Better with food than as an aperitif.”

“Very bright and limey on the nose with a touch of honey, too. The palate is quite generous with fresh, crisp fruit. This is fermented to dryness and then adjusted with a portion of juice that is held for backblending, and the result is very attractive wine. ”

“The aim was to produce a wine more full and generous than is normal in a Great Southern Riesling. Pronounced aroma, hints of lime, wax, a little spritz. The palate has a juicy lemon-lime-sherbet flavour with nice weight and good length. Alcohol 12%.”
