“THE MadFish label has taken the wine world by storm and much of this has to do with its simple honesty. Here is a 90/10 blend of chardonnay and verdelho that works well and is deliciously good. It is fresh on the nose and the beautifully balanced palate offers a fruit salad of white stone fruit and citrus flavours. It's a wine to enjoy with spring sunshine and a good mate”
