2003 MadFish Shiraz Reviews

This is a restrained, delicate chardonnay of subtle underlying complexity. It?s light but intense, building cashew, peach and nougat aromas as it warms in the glass. Subtle oak and fine texture. A very more-ish drink: best drinking now to 18 months.

A huge explosion of vibrant berry fruit packed in with creamy layers of pungent toasty vanilla. This wine shouldn?t be missed

Popularly-priced brand from the folks at Howard Park. The Shiraz is peppery, spicy and packed with dark berry flavours.

Dark red. Spicy, peppery aromas of wild red berries, mocha, cinnamon, clove and molasses. Suave in texture, with creamy crushed blackberry and chocolate flavours accented by a light peppery aspect. The gently tannic finish emphasizes slightly jammy dark berries.

Fresh black cherries, a background of spice, polished kirsch characters and get-me-some-food written all over it. I like it a lot.Drink: 2005 ? 2008.
