An impressive, excellent value, multi-regional chardonnay blend which has a touch of cedary oak, ripe, rich, concentrated peachy flavours and a dry finish.

This is the greatest MadFish Chardonnay and one of the finest that we?ve seen in this price range.? this is a great wine and, while it can be drunk now, it will only get better. The fruit is fine, dry and tight. It has the classic Margaret River chardonnay feel with its stone fruit characters and excellent length. This structure is filled out with the appealing youthful viscosity that dries out over time to reveal those cascading, shimmering layers of flavour that are making the region?s aged chardonnays an international sensation. Both the fruit quality and the winemaking are exemplary, especially for a wine in this price range.

?a fine, subtle, fruity chardonnay with cashew and melon flavours. There?s an unusual minty character that seems derived from oak/fruit interaction. It?s very soft and fleshy in the mouth, with soft acidity: an easy wine to drink?

Fresh, fruity, sunny chardonnay with a line trace of butterscotch but more impressively, a great swish of grapefruit and rockmelon-like fruit flavour. It follows through well on the finish. Tip top value.Drink: Now ? 2006.
