Tony Davis
Senior Winemaker

Tony Davis joined MadFish Wines as Senior Winemaker in January 2007 with a wealth of wine knowledge under his belt.  Tony oversees all winemaking operations and leads a fine winemaking team which will see MadFish reign well into the future.

David Botting
Chief Viticulturalist

David is MadFish's Grape Doctor! Grape vines and viticulture have been part of his heritage and he jumped at the opportunity to join the team in late 2004 to take charge of our grape resourcing and viticulture.

Andy Browning
Winemaker

Andy Browning joins us as the new winemaker at our Denmark winery. Andy's passion for wine began when he started working in a vineyard in the Swan Valley. He then worked as a vineyard manager at Backsberg Estate, a winery in the Paarl region of the South West Cape of South Africa, before returning to Australia, gaining experience with Houghton Wines, Chestnut Grove and Plantagenet Wines.

Genevieve Stols
Winemaker

In 2007, Geneveive joined MadFish Wines as our Margaret River Winemaker. Genevieve’s passion and wide ranging experience has been well received and promises to lead the team forward in the years to come. 

David Burch
Vineyard Manager, Margaret River

David Burch is particular by passion. Whether it’s the Leston vineyard (named after his late father Leston Burch), Howard Park’s brand identity, his wife Bronwyn and their three children, surfing or 16 years as one of the stars of the Australian Ballet Company, everything David turns his hand to is done with immense consideration and perfection.

John Waldron
Sales Director

John joined the Howard Park team at the end of 2002 as Sales Director, bringing with him over 15 years experience in the wine industry and a great deal of enthusiasm, energy and motivation.

Mark Meneghello
Sales Manager

Mark joined the MadFish team in March 2006 as Sales Manager bringing with him over 20 years experience in Sales & Marketing and Exporting within the Wine and Information Technology industries together with a great deal of energy and enthusiasm.

Lesley Scogna
Brand Ambassador

In 2006 Lesley’s role as Brand Ambassador Western Australia expanded to Brand Ambassador for Australia. When not travelling for work you will find Lesley enjoying rowing with her aptly named “MadFish” rowing quad out of the Swan River Rowing club.

Craig Dunkerton
Cellar Door Manager, Margaret River

Craig Dunkerton is our new Cellar Door Manager at MadFish in Margaret River. Craig remarks “Managing the cellar door at MadFish Wines...is a great opportunity that I am very excited about.” 

Nat Burch 
Administration & Product Manager

Nat is the eldest daughter of Howard Park owners Jeff & Amy Burch and continues the 2nd generation of passion and commitment to this family-owned and operated company. When not at work, Nat spends her time walking around the vineyard or swimming in the dam with her dog, Hamish, a West Highland Terrier.
