The original plantings for MadFish's Margaret River vineyards were planted east-west, whereas Sideways vineyard blocks were planted with north-south orientation, hence the inspiration for the new label for MadFish, Sideways. These wines are produced using sustainable and organic viticultural practices, cartons made from 100% recycled material and moving in 2010 to lightweight bottles. Also New to Madfish Wines the esteemed ‘Gold Turtle’ seriesProduced from the finest grapes sourced from specific GI vineyard sites to produce wines with true varietal expression. With Shiraz from Frankland River, Pinot Noir from Mt Barker, Tempranillo from Geographe, and Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay from Margaret River.
